Hello All! I will continue to take requests to write letters to Verna, but she has been having health issues lately and we are taking a break in communicating with her. So I cannot say that you will receive a response from her any time soon.

Reaching out to you as a fellow St. Louisan who would love to exchange snail mail with your friend. I enjoy researching antiques and exploring art history, as well as testing out new recipes to try. I also love taking walks around my neighborhood but this Missouri weather has just been too cold!

Hello everyone, 
My name is Kim and I want to know if anyone would be interested in writing my dad, a senior who, even though my adult son lives with, is lonely during the day and I think would enjoy reading letters even if he may not be able to respond. My brother and I try to visit once a week or more, but he still has a lot of time when he is alone. 
Maybe if you wrote to him and he did want to respond, I could help. He has Parkinson's syndrome and a severe tremor which makes writing very hard for him. We could try it and see if he is into receiving letters from someone. What are your thoughts? His name is Gus Robicheaux and he lives here: 7204 Deville Dr

I also love taking walks and watching television. My last pen pal, who I am still in contact with (for almost five years, now!) was also from St. Louis!
If this offer is still open, I would really enjoy being able to correspond with her.
